RedHoek+Partners is a design-forward and community-focused property development group based in no other than Red Hook, Brooklyn. Inspired by the neighborhood that surrounds them, RedHoek+Partners prioritize every single important aspect of each project that makes them unique. Founded in 2017 by Brooklyn native, Lee Cohen, Lee stumbled upon Red Hook one afternoon while on a trip to Ikea. After falling in love with the area, Lee set out to create homes that preserved the authenticity of the neighborhood while strengthening the community. RedHoek+Partners specializes in property development, property management, construction management, investor relations and community advocacy.

The Free Architects Board 314 Architecture Workshop is an architectural venture that was founded by Nimrod Meir Levi and Rotem Horesh Levi in order to create a new research and development platform of architectural approaches and sustainable design. FAB314 AW was founded in the belief that the most important part of our job as architects and creators is to have the ability to push forward the process of planning and building technologies in order to enable max knowledge and creativity. The studio functions as an “open” creation space that produces collaborations with other architects, artists, and designers, in order to search for an authentic architectural language with a focus on sustainable design.
